Return & Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of fragrances and hygiene reasons, we follow a limited return policy.

Returns Accepted Only If:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product received

  • Manufacturing defect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Change of mind or fragrance preference issues

  • Minor packaging variations

Refund Process
Once the issue is verified, we will offer:

  • Replacement product, or

  • Refund to original payment method within 5–7 business days
